By making a purchase from our platform, you are acknowledging and agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Shipping Policy:
Products are typically shipped within 2-4 days of receiving orders and we request 8-14 days for completion of delivery. Shipping may be occasionally delayed due to weekends and public holidays. We will prioritize any communication regarding unforeseen delays.
Cancellations and Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges on the basis of incorrect sizing. We offer exchanges for unworn products initiated within 5 days of delivery receipt. However, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges as we do not have a reverse shipping/ pickup facility.
Please email us on contact.aureole@gmail.com with the subject: “EXCHANGE-FirstName_LastName-OrderNumber”. Upon e-mail confirmation of exchange approval, please ship the product with your name and contact information. Exchanges will only be accepted on unworn, unwashed products that are sent back in their original condition. Exchanges are also subject to availability of products.
International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

Product and Service Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
Quantity Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel quantities purchased per person.

Product Authenticity: Our products can only be purchased from our online store. We do not guarantee the authenticity of products bearing our branding that are not purchased from us.

All products come with wash and care instructions printed on the wash labels.
We try our best to represent our products and their colors in the most accurate form, however digital colors may differ from the actual product given lighting differences and variations on digital monitor displays.
